Ingredients

•  2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
•  6–8 strawberries, thinly sliced

•  3 tablespoons powdered sugar
•  1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•  2 large scoops strawberry ice crea
•  2 rectangular butter biscuits

Instructions

1. Prepare the berries:
   Wash and dry all the berries. Chop the strawberries and thinly slice 6–8 strawberries for decorating the inside of the glasses.
2. Whip the cream:
   In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft, fluffy peaks form.
3. Start the parfaits:
   Add a generous layer of chopped strawberries to the bottom of each of two tall parfait glasses.
4. Add whipped cream:
